Seaside Apartment, Hove

The client had just bought a beautiful Victorian seaside apartment with French windows, magnificent fireplaces and tall ceilings, with original features intact but in need of an upgrade.  Home Equals Friends resigned the layout to bring the new handmade kitchen into the hub of the apartment; creating a Master Ensuite, a Mezzanine double sleeping area to a previously small bedroom, an enlarged family bathroom, decoration and soft furnishings, rewiring + plumbing coordinating all trades. This has become a stunning home, flooded with light that guests never want to leave!  Some months later we assisted again with a local architect to rebuild the unusual first floor previously unusable Conservatory. This has since hosted many candlelit dinners + provides a light filled creative studio.
