Detached House, Richmond

This four storey, 1890's house had been divided into 4 flats in the 1960's and was desperately in need of an extensive refurbishment programme to restore it to its original 5,000 sq ft glory with a contemporary twist.

Working in conjunction with the architect and main contractor to produce the shell, Home Equals Friends designed all finishes; procuring and coordinating the whole project including 2 bathrooms, shower room, 2 cloakrooms, kitchen, wine cellar, designing bespoke joinery & soft furnishings throughout with landscaping front & rear gardens. It became a wonderful entertaining home for the family and their friends.
