Victorian Villa, Family Room and Master Bedroom
The clients wanted to update some areas of their home, ten years on from their original refurbishment. We helped them find their new style, adding warmth to their Family TV Room and Master Bedroom, involving reupholstering existing furniture, new soft furnishings and lighting suggestions.
Edwardian Townhouse - TV Snug and Reception Room
Having provided an initial sounding board for this client's new kitchen, completing some finishes at the end, the client asked us to help again.
This time to repurpose her Dining Room as a Teenage TV Snug, Games & Piano Room and upgrade her Main Reception room for a "Grown Up" entertaining space. Storage was improved with decluttering; the cellar repainted for new increased, practical shelving. Mindful of budget, we upcycled some existing furniture, as well as sourcing some new and soft furnishings to match new decoration, flooring & new lighting.
Many of these tasks were done by our small inhouse team + coordination of other sub-contractors.
Updating and restyling Detached Home, to market for sale
Working with previous clients, we upgraded several rooms to freshen and restyle so the client could sell & relocate. Although they fell back in love with their home, within two weeks of remarketing after the changes, the clients received an offer, and sold their house.
This project involved moving the dedicated dining room into the open plan living space including new dining furniture, rug & window panels, to create a fabulously open entertaining space flowing from the kitchen. The previous dining room became the family TV Snug with an upgrade to curtains & TV.
Changing a Teenage play room into a luxurious, neutral dual space for Cinema or Reception room with new screen & projector, furniture & rug, tweaking existing curtains; and re-landscaping the garden. Some reupholstering, redecorating and upcycling was also done, as well as decluttering and placing items into storage. Many of these tasks were achieved by our in house team.
